Endiqua!
This does appear to be spam. I think I'm going to get a second opinion.

Looks like spam written by someone from overseas trying to get "hits" on websites s/he gets paid for directing traffic to.

I second your opinion, Linda. Just let me write down this word first . . . upgradation.
What an excellent word! It's the exact reverse of degradation. "Far from allowing you to sit on your thumbs, this job will require significant upgradation in the early stages of employment."
I'm going to use that one every chance I get next week!

Can someone tell me if medical billers can work from home after training or do they have to start in-house like medical coders? I am pretty sure that there is a difference between medical billers and medical coders, so can someone tell me if medical billers can work from home right after training? Thank you

You're correct . . . there is a difference between medical coders and medical billers.
There isn't a significant job market for at-home billers. While it is a job that could potentially be done at home, and while some do it from home, the availability of people to do it in-house is good enough that there has been no need to open up an at-home market of the sort you see in medical transcription.
Medical billing requires much less training. It's the sort of thing you can pick up on the job. That means that employers can hire relatively unskilled workers, assign them to entry-level positions, and let them work their way up. Lower educational and entry requirements plus greater availability of workers equals less of a shortage, and that is why medical billing pays less. Employers are NOT desperate to hire billers--they can find them easily enough.
If you asking because you are seeing advertisements for medical billing seminars, software, or whatever to do it at home, it may be a scam. "Medical billing opportunities" are notorious ripoffs, much like envelope stuffing, so if you are considering something like that, please stop and think twice.

What's up with this? I thought all jobs allowed are supposed to allow workers to sit on their thumbs!

Wait a minute, there's no need to retrain my thumbs, I just need a thumb gradation!
