Interesting. That happened to me a few months back also. I thought it was just my stupid anti-virus software, because it was hawked on (what I thought was) a relatively reputable MT-related website, MT Stuff dot com.
I'd be interested in whether anyone has downloaded this and used it, and how it performs.
