It was my fault for the way I titled this one. I went back and changed it. I mistakenly thought it was a "new" position since they had highlighted it in an email to the members in the last couple of days. But, as you pointed out the wording and I went back to relook at it, you are right, it appears this is simply highlighting of a paper they issued some time ago ... perhaps they just don't want folks to forget they do have a position it, especially going into an annual meeting that is undoubtedly going to be heavily saturated with sales folks pushing SR (both back and front end), EMRs, and the newly coined NLP versus the cost of humans as hard as they can in the vendor area.

In all my risk management exposure, the ancillary people, who are STILL very involved in the process, are termed risk minimization personnel, which is, I think, a better label for what we do.
