The patient has atrophic vulvovaginitis and he says, "Atrophic vulvovaginitis persists. The patient comments that there is tenderness at the external s/l foreshat or foreshaft or perhaps forechet and introitus." Can't document. Help greatly appreciated.

Your word is French for "(little) fork" and starts out "fourch"

Go to OneLook and look up fourch* You want item #14

Surprisingly, Dorland's defines it only by its Latin name: frenulum labiorum pudendi.
