Cynthia, it is more usually PARQ. Go down to the bottom of this page and where it says "Search by abbreviation" enter PARQ (PAR itself has too many alternatives) then remove the Q word.
By the way 1) PAR(Q) is an extremely common abbreviation related to most surgeries, not just GYN. 2) the aabbreviation finder site is a part of this forum that you need to know about and use.
