Only that they are looking to sell. Not too stable from what I hear. Barely making ends meet.

Many moons ago I worked for a JLG Transcription company in St. Petersburg, FL. I have no idea if yours is the same, related, morphed, or long-gone but for the name, or even none of the above.

One and the same. Asking 3 million for it. Getting pretty much laughed at for that number.

Way back when, the man and woman that ran it (I assumed they owned it, but who knows) were nice, helpful, and a bit strange. They rescued me when my in-house job evaporated and I will always think fondly of them for that.
As I said, many moons ago.

The word on the street is that they hired a throwback from MedQuist that was let go during one of MedQuist's cutbacks to run things for them. Seems that he only succeeded in running it into the ground.

I thought they'd been bought by MedQuist years ago, but apparently not. Way back when, I worked for YOG and my sister worked for another company, which I thought was JLG, and we ended up being coworkers with MedQuist. I'll have to ask her who she worked for, since it apparently wasn't JLG!

Now they do not do direct deposit, pay for life insurance or dental insurance. I'm getting scared and thinking of applying with a different company!!!

And I would do it rather quickly if I were in your shoes. Little birdie told me that if the current buyer falls through they close the doors in less than six months.
