She dictates as follows: The syncopal episode revealed no evidence of intracranial disease, but on workup she was found to have a left upper lobe lung mass suspicious for bronchial getta . Your help will be appreciated.

The first part is clear if possibly she meant to say "evaluation of. . ." or the like.
