I lived in E-town for a year 3 years ago, and I absolutely LOVED it! Not so much E-town but Kentucky as a state. It is definitely the most beautiful state I have ever lived in!

I agree! The only thing more beautiful than Kentucky in the autumn is Kentucky in the spring. We have moved away a couple of times, but always come back. She's in the blood, bones, and heart.

I didn't realize there were so many of us! I've checked this forum periodically over the last year or so and have only seen a rare post from Kentucky.
I had to do a search for Corvette City. You know I've lived here all my life and never realized Bowling Green was the home of the corvette! I guess I don't get out much, lol.

It's even harder to get out during Corvette Homecoming. I believe every Corvette in the world is in Bowling Green during Homecoming. Well, not really, but it certainly seems that way!
You sound like me insofar as the getting out is concerned.

we have been down to tennesse and over to ohio, but still, i miss my mountains. i lived in the "valley" so to speak and that is what i miss most, mountains surrounding me entirely. yes, it is beautiful here too and i do love it, but still .....
