The patient passed out in his bathroom and went to the hospital. His hospital evaluation was fairly negative. The CT scan and MRI scan of the brain were negative, as well as the carotid ultrasound and echocardiogram. It was their thought that he might have had some bond depletion and perhaps a vasovagal episode.
Don't think it is tropsicle. Here is the paragraph after. How about foreign depletion? That really doesn't make sense to me though. However, as another patient has been having some problems with prostatism, I asked him if he had been having to strain to urinate, and he admitted that he was. I advised him that he probably just had syncope from decreased venous return. However, because of this I did recommend that he see a urologist for further evaluation of that.
