Blood pressure is 140/90 and pulse is HD. Weight was 148 pounds. I am sure this should be a number, but it certainly sounds like HD. What is your opinion? Thanks

Gail, methinks you are having a hard day.
There is a two-digit number that sounds very close to (soft)H-Dee that would fit as a normal pulse, but, as stated earlier, our guesses just are not what is called for here.
Shove your chair back, stand up, stretch, chase the cat around the house, thump your kid/husband/significant other on the back of the head (lovingly), get a soda, and do NOT sit back down at the computer for 10 whole minutes. Then, calmly relisten and the number will be evident.
I really did that. It didn't work. Later on in the dictation the dr. said pulse was 60. So that is what I am putting. Hard day. Sure. Been working all day. It is time to quite now. Thanks for all your help.
