I have heard this term a few times. The patient is on chronic steroids.
In the physical exam he states "Patient has a steroid s/l facey or fasie"
I cannot find a listing for this in my Stedman's or a reliable hit online. Any help would be appreciated. He is definitely saying "facie" singular and not "facies" plural. Is this an actual term?
