HPI: The patient is a 50-year-old white female who had become established with me this past November. She had a history of peptic ulcer disease, as well as attention deficit disorder. She was found to have an iron deficiency, as well as crestol disorder.
Crestor was not mentioned in medications. That is what I thought at first but am not sure. She also has trust issues with people. So I thought maybe truster disorder. But that makes no sense to me. So I think it might be Crestor disorder from when she might have used it before. Really not sure.
The patient has osteoarthritis, cervical radiculopathy, and no indication of GOUT. She also has hyperlipidemia but the medications listed show nothing for hyperlipidemia. Maybe they took her off of it. I have no way of knowing. She also has ADD.

Is it possibly a doc with an accent or just a tendency to slur at high speed stumbling over "cholesterol"? He might have described hyperlipidemia as a cholesterol disorder.

I was going off on a wild goose chase, but I thought it was interesting that I was pulling up information on iron deficiency anemia and problems with Crestor with attention deficit disorder, without adding attention deficit disorder to my search parameters. Kind of went with your patient, but we have no way of knowing. If you find out, let us know!

As usual, providing enough context was the key. I don't think my brain would have triggered if you hadn't finally added that the patient also had hyperlipidemia.

Boy, I know how that is! I have days like that when common words stump me because they aren't clear enough. Then I get to feel like a dork when I figure it out after the 8th run-through!
